Iso-Form™ provisional crowns from Solventum (formerly 3M) are preformed crowns of a tin-silver alloy for short-term use in the posterior segments in adults. This version is for the mandible.

This is the lower right first molar, size 66.

The crowns have a preformed occlusal anatomy and are supplied pre-polished, contoured and belled. The material is stretchable, so you stretch the crown and burnish it until it fits the preparation margin. The smooth, polished surface is kind to the gingiva.

Use the crowns as temporary crowns on premolars and molars in adults.
