Commission, Fees, and Payout Terms

Ordentic B.V. operates a transparent commission model. A commission is applied to the total order amount (excluding shipping costs, excluding VAT) for every transaction completed through the platform.

1. The commission is automatically deducted from each payout to the supplier.

2. A commission invoice is available for download in the supplier’s account.

3. Payouts for fulfilled orders are processed every 14 days.

4. In the event of a refund, the corresponding commission amount will be credited.

The commission rate may be reviewed up to twice per year; any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
